          Culture Shock is defined as a feeling of disorientation experienced by someone who is suddenly subjected to an unfamiliar culture, way of life, or set of attitudes/beliefs. Making ESOL Students Comfortable in New Environments

            Teachers strive to provide a comfortable environment for their students. This is especially important when a class contains ESOL students. As future educators of Miami, FL (a city consumed by multicultural diversity) we need to be aware of the cultural differences we will encounter in our classrooms.
